Richard I. Clark has been a practicing attorney for 50 years with practices in Texas, New Jersey, and New York. He has been admitted in Texas since 2008.

During every year of his private practice, Richard has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" - a level of achievement only earned by the top 5% of attorneys in the country.

Mr. Clark was the Senior Partner in the 15-lawyer A-rated law firm of Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP in Sparta, New Jersey before moving to Austin, Texas.

He recently retired as Senior Counselor for Tax Compliance in the Texas Comptroller’s Office in Austin.

Mr. Clark assists in client estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, medical powers and trusts, and has helped clients probate estates in Travis and other nearby counties.
